Shipping & Payment Information

At Rolex Timepiece, we aim to ship your order as quickly and securely as possible. Here’s what you can expect when placing an order with us:

📦 Shipping Information

All watches listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Orders typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days after payment is verified and cleared.

We ship all domestic orders via FedEx Standard Overnight, fully insured for your peace of mind.

Please note:

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST are usually processed for shipping the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday, as we do not ship over the weekend.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

💳 Paying by Credit Card

Orders placed using a credit card are shipped only after your payment is approved and fully processed (or “settled”) by your credit card provider. This typically occurs the same day if your order is placed before 2 PM EST.

To help prevent fraud:

  • We can only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.

  • If you’d like your order sent to a different address, please call your card provider (using the number on the back of your card) and ask them to add an alternate shipping address to your account. This won’t affect your billing info—it simply allows us to verify that the address is authorized.

🏦 Paying by Wire Transfer

If you choose to pay via bank wire, your order will ship the same day we receive confirmation of your funds (before 5 PM EST).

We only accept wire transfers for this option—no ACH payments or other electronic transfers will be processed.

🛒 Multiple Sales Channels & Watch Availability

Our watches are also listed on trusted platforms like Facebook, Google Shopping, and Instagram Shop. We do our best to keep listings up to date, but availability may vary.

In the rare event that a watch is sold on more than one platform at the same time, the order that was submitted first will be fulfilled. The later order will be fully refunded.

Want to reserve a watch after hours or over the weekend? We accept deposits to hold the item until full payment can be made. Call us to set it up.

🧾 Google Checkout & PayPal Payments

If you pay using Google Checkout, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive verification from Google Merchant Services.

  • Orders approved before 2 PM EST will ship the same day.

  • Orders approved after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day.

PayPal orders can only be shipped to your verified PayPal address for security reasons.

🌍 International Orders

We do ship internationally for an additional fee. However, only wire transfers are accepted for international purchases—no exceptions.

📌 Additional Shipping Notes

  • A valid street address is required—FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

  • FedEx is our exclusive shipping provider. We do not offer alternative carriers at this time.
