We offer a 7-day return policy for watches only, applicable if your item is not as described. This means you have 7 days from the day your watch is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

🔁 How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please give us a call at 989-206-6393. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.
❌ Order Cancellations
All orders—initial or additional—are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Rolex Timepiece. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order prior to confirmation.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Keep in mind that it may take a few more days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
